There is a key focus on sustainability and waste management, a key focus point in any growing metropolitan city. With that comes considerations for ESG accounting and reporting and governance.

You can WFH 2 days a week once trained.

The Role

Reporting to a fantastic approachable finance leader you will be responsible for:

• Accruals and prepayments calculations and journals
• Cost centre allocation
• Financial management and reporting
• Variance to budget analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing month-end processes: P & L and balance sheet
• Assistance in the preparation of year-end statutory reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, the hiring manager is looking for:

• Someone studying their CA or CPA – ideally at least halfway through the modules
• Good month-end experience including accruals, prepayments and journals on the resume
• Excellent communication skills
• Can start immediately
