You will work as part of a well-tenured finance team that will provide ongoing support and development opportunities as you grow with the company. 

The Role

On offer is a full-time, permanent, well-rounded bookkeeping position that will encompass mixed duties including accounting, office management and ad-hoc admin. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparation of monthly financial reports 
• Maintaining the general ledger
• Statutory monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (including BAS, PAYG, GST, Superannuation)
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable including daily invoicing 
• Bank reconciliations
• HR and employment relations management and compliance
• Payroll setup and processing 
• Staff onboarding and induction
• Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the business 
• Ad hoc duties as required

Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeper position, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Well-rounded knowledge as a Bookkeeper, Accountant or similar positions
• Experience using Xero  
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
• Good attitude to learn and take on forthcoming duties
