Our client is a successful Property company with bright and modern offices. They are currently on the search for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As the Management Accountant, this role will be a mixture of both management and financial accounting duties, including:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and analysis
• Feasibility analysis on future projects
• Compliance
• Property accounting and reporting
• Reconciliations
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders

Your Background

To be considered for this Management Accountant role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Professional Accounting qualification (such as CA / CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5 years plus working experience in accounting, performing management accounting duties, e.g. Budgeting, forecasting, analysis
• An enthusiastic and can-do attitude coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Property industry experience is advantageous

Our client will also consider a candidate who wants to work on a full-time or part-time basis (approximately 4 days per week).
