My favourite thing about working for Richard Lloyd is the sense of collaboration that is at the core of everything we do. Whether it is with clients, candidates or each other, we always endeavour to work collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for eight years and counting.

I was first introduced to Louise a couple of years ago. This introduction has changed my faith in using external recruiters. Not only does Louise have in-depth knowledge of our industry but most of all she took the time to come out to meet and greet me to gain an understanding of our firm and the importance of finding the right people to fit into our firm's culture. Every time she recruits for me the field of candidates is so strong it is always a tough decision on which candidate to hire.
