3. Market Mapping – An extensive market mapping process is conducted. We utilise our extensive database, our whole team's referral networks, advanced recruitment tech and various other sources to identify all eligible candidates for your role.

4. Headhunting - We approach the best talent pool in the market using a variety of techniques including direct professional headhunting.

5. Regular Update Meetings - We typically schedule regular check-ins with our clients to share findings from the research carried out as part of the longlisting process.

6. Shortlisting – Once the interested candidates have been screened we present our recommended longlist for you to review. We will then collaboratively compile the shortlist of candidates that you would like to interview.

7. Interviews - We coordinate the interviews and feedback process.

8. Verification - Reference checking and requested background checks are carried out.
