Accounts Assistant - Talent Agency

Company Background

Our client is an exciting talent agency that has been around for over 20 years! They are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced accounts all-rounder to come on board and support the CFO. They pride themselves on providing a relaxed and supportive environment for their staff. 

Our client is open to part-time (4 days per week) or full-time applications for this role. 

The Role

Your role as the Accounts Assistant will include but is not limited to:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Credit card reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations 
• Report generation
• Payroll administration

Your Background

The successful candidate will possess most of the below attributes; 

• Full-function AP & AR experience
• MYOB experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
