The Company

Our client is a medium-sized not-for-profit organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs, looking to backfill an Accounts Clerk position due to extended parental leave. They provide top-tier services to participants across employment services, housing, community engagement and life skills training. Flexibility of 2 days WFH available once you are fully familiar with the role.

The Role

The role is reporting to the Head of Finance, working as part of a small finance team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• AP invoice processing and chasing approvals for payment
• Accounts receivables queries, allocations
• Bank reconciliations

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should be on one week’s notice or less and able to take on a 4-month temporary role.

• Worked in a hands-on role in a small to medium business
• Prior experience with both AP and AR functions
• Exceptional communication skills
• A friendly, enthusiastic and energetic personality
