They sport a collaborative and supportive team with the commitment to exceed expectations. This standalone accounts officer position will be given the autonomy to own the finance function. 

The Role

• Full billing process 
• Managing trust account including reconciliations and receipting
• Supporting auditor with trust audit
• Office accounts including balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Collaborate with External Accountant for daily transactional, tax preparation and payroll

Your Background

• Legal billing experience
• Trust experience, in a legal context highly regarded
• Proven track record of process improvements
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using LEAP will be highly regarded
• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
