Accounts Payable Officer - Manufacturing

The Client

Highly recognised and established organisation in the manufacturing space. They have a modern, open-plan office with plans to grow the team even further in the near future!

The Role 

Your role as the AP Officer reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for:

• Matching, batching, and coding of supplier invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier reconciliations
• Preparation of weekly and monthly payments
• Liaising with suppliers

Your Background

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Immediately available
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in AP function
• Construction, manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferable
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
