Company Background

Our client is a financial services business with a global foothold. They are going through a period of change internally and seeking a talented AR Officer to join the team on a temporary basis and support them through a project focusing on debtors.

The Role

As the AR Officer, you will join a finance team on a project basis focusing on:

• Handling end-to-end AR
• Following up on missed/late payments
• Investigating missing data/discrepancies
• Outgoing phone calls and emails to follow up on issues
• Reconciliations

Your Background

To be a successful applicant you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available
• Prior end-to-end AR experience
• Some exposure to AP processes would be beneficial, but not essential
• Intermediate Excel (vlookups, pivots), ability to work with big data sets
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Strong communication skills – able to deal with external and internal relationships
