The Role

As the AR Officer, you will take on a broad role whilst reporting to the Finance Manager. In this multifaceted position, responsibilities will include:

• High-volume collection calls 
• Remind stakeholders of overdue and ongoing payment plans
• Negotiation and creating payment plans where required
• Assisting with billings 

Your Background

• Immediately available or on short notice
• Prior experience working in the education industry will be highly desirable
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Great Communication skills to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
