The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • General office administration, including managing stock and filing.
  • Handling supporter and donor inquiries. 
  • Maintaining the supporter database and ensuring data integrity.
  • Communicating with AE’s international office for marketing materials.
  • Organising events and church deputations.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Providing IT support to the team when required.
  • Processing donations. 

Your Background

To be considered for this Administrative Assistant role:

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative role.
  • Desire to work in a faith-based organisation.
  • Fantastic communication skills to liaise with external queries.
  • Proficiency with various IT software programs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
