Company Background

Our client is an importer and distributor in the beauty space. They have a very large online presence that continues to grow. They pride themselves on providing a collaborative environment to work in, which has resulted in great staff tenure.

The Role

As the AP Officer, you will report to a talented manager. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:

  • Full-function Accounts Payable
  • High volume invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Payment runs
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Supplier & customer liaison and inbox management

Your Background

In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in a full-function accounts payable role  
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • String MYOB experience
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Happy to travel to the office 5 days per week
  • Australian Citizen or PR
