The Company

Our client is an ASX-listed miner that is about to enter its long-anticipated production phase at the end of 2025. Holding 100% owned and operated assets in Australia, they are headquartered in Sydney and are looking to establish a strong, motivated finance team. 

The Role

Really unique growth opportunity to join a business about to enter the full production phase and with that will come numerous opportunities for the roles’ expansion and your career development. 

Responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end AP role
• Assisting with cost tracking for projects
• Liaising with project managers and suppliers
• Setting up new suppliers
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing staff expense claims
• Adhoc support for the finance team

Your Background

To be considered for this AP Officer position our client has asked us to consider candidates who have:

• End-to-end AP experience 3 years minimum
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers
• Experience in a project-based environment would be advantageous
• MYOB experience would be advantageous
• Strong applicable experience and skill with Excel
