The Role 

In this position as an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will report to an AP/AR Manager. This is a full-function AR role which will include:

• Preparation of invoices
• Allocation of payments
• Weekly debt reports
• Collection reminder calls and emails
• Bank reconciliations 
• Handling client queries 

Your Background

To be considered for this AR Officer role you must possess most of the following attributes:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar full function Accounts Receivable role
• Enjoys working in the AR function 
• Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
