Assistant Accountant

The Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with a recognisable name. They have operations across the world and are backed by a massive European parent company. Located near Penrith, they have parking available making it a convenient location to drive to!

The Role 

Your tasks as the Assistant Accountant will include (but will not be limited to): 

• Accounts Payable (invoice processing, PO matching, payment runs) 
• Accounts Receivable (collection calls, allocations, receipting) 
• Full-function payroll processing 
• Opportunity to take on month-end related tasks as you become more comfortable in your role! 

Your Background

To be considered for this Assistant Accountant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Manufacturing experience is preferred (or any product-based organisation) 
• Full Australian working rights
