As the Part-time Bookkeeper, your role will involve working closely with the two directors. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Fortnightly payroll processing for 50 staff (full function)
Accounts payable (supplier reconciliations, credit card management, processing invoices)
Accounts receivable (invoicing, allocations)
BAS lodgment and GST reporting
Ad-hoc accounting tasks as requested by directors
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their small, close-knit team. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience using MYOB and/or Cheops
Experience in an all-round accounting position including AP, AR and Payroll (end to end)
Excellent attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
Full Australian working rights
