The Role 

This is a transformation-focused Business Analyst role supporting the finance function through a new system implementation project. Your duties will include (but not be limited to): -

• Drive the implementation of a new ERP system
• Document all current processes and make recommendations to improve those
• Work with the Project Manager and Head of Finance on developing the project plan and timelines for key milestones
• Provide analytical support to determine key decisions on the implementation process
• Drive the process by gathering information, following stakeholders up, making them aware of upcoming tasks, and managing the testing process
• Develop and maintain project progress reports
• Ad hoc project-related work as needed

Your Background 

To be considered for this Business Analyst role, you must have experience with the following: -

• Have driven the implementation of a new ERP system – preferably a large system
• Accounting degree and a background in finance
• A strong track record of completing improvement projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a range of stakeholders
• Able to bring stakeholders along with change
