The Role

Your role as Finance Business Partner will be appealingly commercial in nature and provide variety. Your key remit at a high level will include (not limited to):

• Providing strategic and financial insight and advice to key stakeholders in the organisation
• Commercial analysis
• Management Accounting including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Value add modelling and analysis
• Business partnering with stakeholders and supporting the Exec team by providing insights based on your deep understanding of the business
• Explaining financial matters to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
• Improvement projects in relation to budgeting, forecasting and management reporting

Your Background

In order to be considered for this Finance Business Partner opportunity you will meet the following criteria:

• Be professionally qualified as an Accountant (e.g. CA, CPA or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years of analytical and stakeholder management experience 
• Demonstrated understanding of budgeting and management reporting practices
• Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships 
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound strategic recommendations 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in the Arts, or an interest in the Arts would be well-regarded however is not a pre-requisite.
