Company Background

Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field, with a strong Australian presence and global support. They service both the B2B and B2C markets and are seeking to continue their steady growth over the coming year.

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team reporting to the Head of Finance, to take a lead on financial management and assist with commercial decision-making

The Role

As the Finance Manager you will focus on:

• Leading a team of 3 accounts staff
• Financial and management reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow and sales reporting
• Presenting results and finding to leadership, working closely with operations, sales and marketing
• Assist in commercial decision-making – tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing, rebates etc.
• Drive process improvements

Your Background

To be considered for the Finance Manager role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediate availability
• Professional qualification
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Experience leading small teams (2+)
• Experience working within a product-based industry
• Prior experience within manufacturing is highly regarded
