The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will be the right hand to the Director of Finance and enjoy a broad and autonomous role. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Overall management of the day-to-day finance function including leading a team of 7
• Month-end and year-end reporting
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Cash flow and treasury
• Government compliance reporting
• Review of AP / AR / Payroll
• Process & system improvement projects

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you should have the following skills and attributes:

• CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience from a chartered environment, particularly from big 4 or second-tier firms
• Track record of process improvement/system implementation projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially collaborating with non-finance stakeholders
