The Role

This role directly supports the business owners, with support from a CFO consultant. Responsibilities include:

• Your main focus will be processing the weekly contractor payroll of up to 200 staff, ensuring timesheets have been entered correctly and all information is accurate and timely.
• BAS, PAYG and superannuation payments.
• Raising invoices on Xero for contractor travel.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Superannuation payments.
• Commission calculations.
• Help prepare BAS with an external Accountant.
• Assisting the AR Officer with credit control.

Your Background

To be considered for this role we are looking for:

• A Payroll Officer who is looking for a broader role, or a Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer with solid payroll experience (payrolls over 50 staff).
• Excellent communication skills. In many ways, you are a face of the business, so your customer service skills will be exceptional.
• Someone who can start immediately will be top of the list!
