The Company

Our client, a hugely successful ASX-listed technology firm, is looking to strengthen its finance team with an experienced Payroll Manager role. As the successful candidate, you will be in an autonomous role during an exciting growth period for the business.

The Role 

As the Payroll Manager within this well-established organisation, you will have responsibility for the payroll function with exposure to HR duties. Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Process monthly payroll including commission and bonuses
• Monthly payroll reconciliations
• Manage superannuation, payroll tax, Workers Comp & other obligations
• Administer timesheet systems and follow up weekly timesheets
• HR duties including preparing new employee contracts, processing pay rises & title changes, processing terminations
• Document and improve current payroll processes

Your Background

As the successful candidate, you will meet the majority of the following criteria:

• Highly experienced payroll specialist with hands-on processing & improvement experience
• Proactive personality and happy to build relations with internal stakeholders 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work autonomously and own the payroll function
