The Role

This is a role offering appealing variety. Your responsibilities as the Royalties Accountant will involve:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly commission calculations for their clients. 
• Regularly review/reconcile supplier statements within the accounts to ensure accuracy. 
• Keep an accurate register of payments and accruals for all royalties. 
• Liaise and respond to royalty queries with clients in a timely and professional manner. 
• Streamlining processes and automating reports.
• Interpreting agreements, contracts and commission calculations.
• Ad hoc finance requests and support as directed. 

Your Background

To be considered for this Royalties Accountant role, you should have the following skills and attributes:

• A few years of experience working in a similar role e.g. Commissions Accountant, Royalties Accountant, Accounts Officer
• Attitude to streamline processes and make process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Possess a positive, growth mindset coupled with commercial nous and great attention to detail. 
• Desire and genuine interest in working in the entertainment and events industry
