The Role 

As the Senior Financial Accountant, you will work closely with the CFO. Your role will be broad and see you involved and exposed to an appealing range of both financial accounting and reporting duties. 

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly P&L analysis and reporting
• Business partnering with multiple internal stakeholders by providing insightful and strategic reporting on the business
• Prepare calculations and reports for month-end reporting
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and issue resolution
• Year-end reporting 
• Prepare year-end financial statements and respond to audit requests
• Assist with Company secretarial duties
• Involvement in various finance projects

This attractive position builds extensive business knowledge and works closely with senior business leaders.

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Financial Accountant position you will ideally meet the majority of the following criteria:

• Professionally qualified as an Accountant (e.g. CA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with a strong track record of progression and achievement
• Have had exposure to both financial accounting and audit
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise and partner with multiple stakeholders 
• Be excited to take on a position with a broad remit where you can add value, take on responsibility and grow your skillset
