The Role

As the temporary Payroll Officer, your role will be focused on assisting with the final stages of transitioning to their new payroll system. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Payroll processing on a fortnightly basis 
• Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments
• Employee record maintenance
• Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries
• Complying with relevant awards and legislation
• Payroll Ad Hoc 

Your Background

To be considered for this Payroll Officer role, ideally, you will meet some of the following criteria: 

• End-to-end payroll experience for a minimum of 2-3+ years of experience within the payroll field
• Experience using Ascender, Aurion or Preceda payroll system is key to this role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
