The Role

Join this collaborative team as a Trust and AP Officer. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Daily trust duties including reconciliations, receipting & processing payments
• Trust reporting
• Ensuring compliance with trust regulations
• Assist in the trust audit process 
• Backup accounts payable duties
• Other duties as required

Your Background

To be considered for this role you must possess the majority of the following attributes:

• Prior experience in Trust Accounting
• Experience in a law firm or other professional services will be highly regarded
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Provide fantastic customer service to clients and internal stakeholders 
• Ability to identify and implement process changes to help the team operate in the most effective manner
• Have a positive, collaborative attitude and enjoy being part of a team
